Success for Touchtennis Star Clayton Edge

England have added a new golden chapter in touchtennis, conquering the world in a vibrant final against Spain.

The afternoon was full of emotions:

Jorge Hernando gave Spain hope by beating 1-4 4-0 4-0 to Clayton Edge. But England’s Tia Morris evened the balance beating Maria Suarez 4-1 1-4 5-3.

The doubles were filled with highs and lows, and finally England decided on the singles with stellar performances from Samira Butt and Marcus Willis.
